Sorry for the bad experience.

Could you please make sure you are following these steps:

1- bring the device closer to the router to make sure you have good WIFI coverage. You can later unplug the device and place it back into the vent without losing the WIFI connection.

2- Reset the device by using the reset button on top of the unit. Please press and hold for 4 seconds and let go. you should see all lights go on and off and you will see the blinking blue again. Once you see the blinking blue the device is ready to be paired.

3- Completely close the app and make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4G network. Please note that the device cannot be connected to 5G.

4- Open the app and go through the process. Make sure you put the right 2.4 WIFI credentials.
