Since there is no external temperature sensor installed in the room, the device estimates the room temperature based on its internal algorithms and duct temperature readings. Depending on fluctuations in the duct temperature, these estimates may occasionally be inaccurate. While the device will typically correct itself over time as it continues to learn the environment, temporary discrepancies can occur.
In this situation, we recommend switching the device to Eco Mode. In Eco Mode, the SmartCocoon fan operates in sync with the main HVAC system, regardless of the estimated room temperature. This ensures consistent operation whenever your heating or cooling system is running and can help avoid issues caused by temporary temperature estimation errors.
