Since there is no temperature sensor in the room, the device is estimating the room temperature, and sometimes depending on the duct temperature fluctuations, the readings may be wrong. Although it will be fixed automatically over time, in this case, we suggest that you either put the device on eco mode so the device will work in sync with the main system, no matter what the room temperature is. or change the desired temperature somehow that the device starts working when the main system is working (higher temperature in the wintertime and lower temperature in summertime).

The issue is a known issue and in some rare cases, the reading may be higher than the actual temperature, only for a few days a year. The longer the fan operates the better learning on temperature estimation will occur, and it will become more and more accurate.

We will be releasing a firmware update in the next few months after resolving most of the other urgent bugs our customers have reported, but till then either use eco mode or just set the room temperature a few degrees above what it is reading.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but this is a new product and has a very complex algorithm and needs to go through some refinements before it works flawlessly for everyone.

We will continue monitoring the situation and hopefully, we can release the fix sooner than we anticipate now,
