The first thing to check is to see the status of the LEDs on the device.


If you see a solid green + blue light when the fans are not spinning (if the fans are running, you should see two solid blue), please get in touch with us immediately at hello@mysmartcocoon.com and let us know the fan ID so we can investigate. 


But if you only see solid green when the fans are not running, it might be the following issues:


1- Bad wifi coverage. 
Solution:
Please unplug one device, plug it back in a few seconds, and see if you see the solid blue light. If not, please take the device off the vent, bring it closer to the router, plug it in, and see if you see solid blue. If yes, you will need an extender to boost the wifi signals in that room.

2-  There is a mesh network system in the house, and the system is switching between 2.4 and 5G wifi bands. 
Solution:
In this case, since the device cannot work with a 5G network, you must create a dedicated 2.4G network and reconnect the device(s) to a stable 2.4G wifi network. 


If you do not see any lights, the device is not connected to the power. Please check the power supply and ensure the power jack is inserted into the device properly.
