There are a couple of ways to find the fan ID. The device must be in pairing mode, and the blue LED must be blinking; otherwise, these solutions will not work.

1- Using an Android device to add the fan(s) to the app. During the setup process, Android devices will scan the devices, and the process can continue without manually entering the fan ID.
2- On iOS, while the device is in pairing mode (the blue LED is blinking), the user needs to exit the app and open the list of available wifi networks on their phone. The fan ID will be visible as an available wifi network with the following format SC0_XXXXXXX (six digits or letters). Please write down the ID. Then you can continue the setup process by manually entering the device ID into the SmartCocoon app.
