If you receive a message in the app indicating that your temperature sensor is offline, please try the following steps:
Check the fan and sensor location
Make sure your fan is online by trying to control it through the app.
Ensure the sensor is placed in the same room as the fan.
Check the sensor’s LED
Press and hold the power button on the sensor:
Green LED blinks → Refresh the app by logging out and logging back in. Then wait until the temperature and humidity readings appear.
Red LED blinks → Wait a few seconds and press the button again until you see a green LED.
No LED → Check the battery and replace it if necessary.
Re-add the sensor
If the above steps don’t work, but you see a green LED blinking, delete the sensor from the app and add it again.
