If you receive a message in the app indicating that your temperature sensor is offline, please try the following steps:

  1. Check the fan and sensor location

    • Make sure your fan is online by trying to control it through the app.

    • Ensure the sensor is placed in the same room as the fan.

  2. Check the sensor’s LED

    • Press and hold the power button on the sensor:

      • Green LED blinks → Refresh the app by logging out and logging back in. Then wait until the temperature and humidity readings appear.

      • Red LED blinks → Wait a few seconds and press the button again until you see a green LED.

      • No LED → Check the battery and replace it if necessary.

  3. Re-add the sensor

    • If the above steps don’t work, but you see a green LED blinking, delete the sensor from the app and add it again.
