Sometimes, the fan simply needs a small push to get it working properly again.
Please gently press the center of the fan blade (the part not covered by the sticker) inward. If you hear a clicking sound, that's a good sign. Then, gently spin the fan by hand to make sure it rotates freely.
If the fan spins smoothly without any resistance, the issue is likely resolved.
