If you do not have a Nest or ecobee thermostat and your SmartCocoon fan is not operating in sync with your HVAC system, please first make sure the fan is online in the SmartCocoon app. Then, contact our customer support team and provide your Fan ID.

Once we receive your Fan ID, we will review your device's operation, investigate the issue, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the fan synchronizes properly with your HVAC system and operates as intended.
