On some phones, the SmartCocoon app interface may not display correctly if the system font size or display size is set too large.

To resolve this issue, please reduce your phone's font size (and, if necessary, the display size) by following the steps below.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Display & Brightness → Text Size.

  3. Move the slider to reduce the text size.

  4. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text, and reduce the text size or turn off Larger Accessibility Sizes if it is enabled.

Android

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Search for Font Size or Display Size (or go to Display or Accessibility, depending on your device).

  3. Reduce the Font Size and, if necessary, the Display Size.

  4. Reopen the SmartCocoon app and check if the missing buttons are now visible.
